Downloading Approved Creators' Shipping Details

To send products to approved creators, you can easily download a list of their delivery addresses from your campaign dashboard.

How to Download Creator Shipping Details

1. Access the Shipping Details

   • Go to your campaign dashboard.
   • Click the ... button next to Edit Squad and select Shipping Details.

2. Download the CSV

   • A CSV file with creators' names, addresses, and contact details will be downloaded to your computer.
     
     

Troubleshooting Download Issues

• File Not in Downloads: If the CSV does not appear in your downloads, check your browser’s address bar for an “X” symbol.
• Enable Downloads: If the “X” appears, you’ll need to adjust your browser settings to allow downloads from the web page.
