By default, all creators are initially shortlisted in your campaign. You can manage the shortlist by using the following steps:
1. Removing from the Shortlist
-
- Untick the star in the "shortlist" column to remove a creator from the shortlist. Once changes are saved, only the shortlisted creators will appear on the share link (located at the top-right of the screen).
2. Shortlist Per Channel
-
- Customize the shortlist by channel. For example, if a creator is strong on TikTok but not on Instagram, you can keep them in the TikTok shortlist and remove them from Instagram. This allows you to tailor creator selections based on platform-specific strengths.
3. Note on Assigned Content
-
- If a creator has content assigned, you’ll need to remove the assigned content before taking them off the shortlist. No notifications are sent to creators about their shortlist status, so you can adjust the list freely to make the best selection.
Using the shortlist feature effectively ensures that only the most suitable creators are included in the final campaign lineup, aligned with your brand's goals for each platform.
