Life can be unpredictable, and there may be times when your team owner is unavailable and unable to grant access to your Vamp account. If this happens, our support team is here to help. We'll conduct some security checks to ensure we can safely grant you access.

Steps to Request Access

1. Locate Your Team URL

   • Your team URL will be formatted as <teamcode>.vampcreate.com.

2. Request to Join

   • Use the "Request to Join" button on your team URL page.
   • Fill in the required details and submit your request.
   • 

3. Log a Support Ticket

   • Open a support ticket with us to approve your access request. Our support team will perform security checks with known contacts to confirm permission.

   Tip: To help us expedite your request, provide details such as billing contact information from your invoices or the name of a Vamp sales contact who can verify your association with the team.

4. Stay Updated

   • We’ll keep you informed on the support ticket’s progress and notify you once access has been granted.
