Transferring tokens

You can move tokens between campaigns, but keep in mind that the value of tokens may fluctuate due to Vamp’s dynamic pricing. To transfer your tokens to your Digital Wallet for use in future campaigns, follow these steps:

Steps to Transfer Tokens

1. Access Your Profile

   • Click on your profile icon located in the top-right corner of the home screen to open the drop-down menu.

2. Navigate to Wallet

   • Select 'Wallet' from the menu options.

3. Initiate Transfer

   • Click on 'Transfer' within the Wallet section.

4. Choose Campaigns

   • The platform will display campaigns that have unspent tokens available for transfer. Select the desired campaign(s) from which you want to move tokens back to your Digital Wallet.

Important Note

• This token transfer feature is applicable only to new briefs drafted from June 5, 2023, onwards. If you require assistance with historic campaigns, please contact the support team for help.
