Ways to Request a Top-Up

Top up via Wallet

1. 1. Navigate to 'Wallet' from the main menu.
   2. Select ‘Top-Up’ to add funds directly to your Digital Wallet.

Top up via Campaign Flow

While working on your campaign, if you wish to allocate additional budget for a creator or purchase extra usage, the platform will prompt you to submit a top-up request when you select the deliverable or content.

Top up via Squad overspend

If you're adjusting your creator squad, you'll also be given options to request a budget increase.
