Changing Deliverable Dates Within a Campaign

In this article, you will learn how to change deliverable dates within a campaign on the Vamp platform. There are two primary methods for modifying these dates, along with important information regarding the new Content Submission timeline item.

Methods to Change Deliverable Dates

1. Timeline View

• Drag and Drop:
  • Click on the timeline view to see your campaign’s deliverables.
  • Zoom Out in the timeline to view previous and future dates.
  • Drag the start and end dates to the desired dates on the timeline.

2. Deliverable View

• Edit Dates:
  • Navigate to the deliverable view.
  • Click on the purple dates associated with each deliverable.
  • Use the calendar to select new live dates for the deliverables.
  • The changes will save automatically.

New Content Submission Timeline

A new and separate Content Submission timeline item is available to help brands manage their campaigns more effectively:

Benefits for Brands

• Specific Content and Approval Periods:

  • Brands can set content and approval periods that align with their internal processes.

• Flexible Time Blocks:

  • You can designate specific time blocks for content submission that differ from posting windows.

Features of the Content Submission Timeline

• Default Duration:

  • Upon starting a campaign, the “Content Submission” timeline window will initialize to a default 5-day window for each deliverable.

• Customizable Timeline:

  • Brands can stretch or shorten the “Content Submission” timeline window as needed, independent of the posting window.

• Sequence of Deliverables:

  • The “Content Submission” timeline item must follow the Product Deliverable and will be locked until the Product Deliverable is approved.

• Gap for Internal Approval:

  • Brands may choose to leave a gap between the “Content Submission” window and the posting window to denote internal approval times if necessary.

Editing Deliverables

To edit each deliverable, follow these steps:

• Double-Click:

  • Double-click on the deliverable bar to open the deliverable window and change the dates.

• Drag and Drop:

  • Alternatively, you can drag and drop each deliverable to adjust the dates.

• Shorten/Lengthen:

  • Click once on the deliverable to shorten or lengthen it as needed.

Communication with Creators

Brand users should exercise caution when changing timelines excessively. It is essential to communicate any significant changes with the creators to ensure alignment and avoid confusion.

Important Note

• Review Date for Talent:
  • The required review date shown for talent will be one day before the live dates. For instance, if the live date is set for May 20, the submission date displayed to talent will be May 19.
