Key Timeline Customizations

Product Distribution/Reimbursement
- Set dates for "product distribution" or "product reimbursement," indicating when creators should expect the product to arrive or when they should go in-store for purchase (if applicable).

Content Submission
- Define the deadline for creators to submit their content for review and approval. This keeps the approval process on track and aligned with campaign goals.

Content Posting (Influencer Campaigns Only)
- Specify the dates for creators to post approved content on their social platforms. Each type of content—TikTok post, Reel, Story, etc.—will follow the timeline set here.
Editing Deliverables
After selecting creators and launching the campaign, you can adjust each deliverable date as needed:
- Double-click on a deliverable bar to edit dates in the deliverable window.
- Drag and drop or click and shorten/lengthen each deliverable bar to adjust its timing.
Best Practices for Timeline Management

Set Realistic Deadlines: Create a timeline that aligns with the expected flow of the campaign and ensures that creators can meet deadlines without feeling rushed. For instance, if content approval requires three days, leave a three-day buffer between the "content submission" deadline and the start of the posting window.

Status Indicators: Each deliverable is color-coded based on its status (e.g., yellow for review required, green for approved). These colors are reflected in the tabs at the top of the screen for easy reference.

Communicate Changes Promptly: Once you’ve set an accurate timeline, further adjustments should be minimal. However, if approvals or posting dates are delayed, promptly update the timeline and notify creators to prevent confusion and avoid additional queries.
