Below is a guide on how creators can apply to a campaign on the app (scroll down to see how they can apply on the creator dashboard using a desktop!).
1. This is the homepage of the app where they can review available opportunities, view active and past campaigns, and check out Vamp's latest blog posts. To see what campaigns are available to apply to, they can scroll through the icons at the top of the app. To manage campaigns they've been approved for, they can access them under the 'active' tab. To review past campaigns or invoices, they can click on the 'completed' tab.
2. When they click into the brief, they'll be asked to agree to our confidentiality agreement before they can review it.
3. They'll see a suggested rate based on our dynamic pricing algorithm at the top of the brief, but they're able to edit this and set their own rate once they begin their application if they wish.
4. They can then scroll down to review the brief overview, content requirements, and do's and don'ts for the campaign. This brief acts as our contract between Vamp, themselves, and the brand.
5. Once they've reviewed the brief, they'll be given the option to 'apply' or remove the brief from the app by clicking 'not for me'.
6. If they choose to apply, they'll be presented with a series of survey questions from the brand.
7. They will then be asked to set their rates for each content deliverable and channel, and how many pieces of content they'd be willing to create for the brief. For example, if they set their Max Quantity at 5, the brand could allocate them 1-5 pieces of content. Unless they definitely only want to create 1 piece of content.
Rates should be set inclusive of taxes, fees, organic reposting and boosting rights for 60 days on their own or the purchasing brands channel.
8. They will also be asked to set their rate for Extended Usage Rights. This includes 12 months of digital only usage - Use on websites, eDMs, and paid advertising (social ads, digital ads, advertorials). For more information on usage rights please click here.
9. They will then agree to Vamp's set terms and conditions.
10. Finally, they'll be asked to enter their address for shipping purposes. Their application is then submitted! If they're selected for the campaign, they'll be notified via the app.
