Creator Re-engagement Overview

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows brands to view and invite creators they’ve previously worked with to new campaigns. Here’s how to make the most of this tool:

How to Use This Page

1. Access the Page

   • To access the list of creators you've previously worked with, go to the "My Creators" section.

2. Refine Your Search

   • Search by Social Handle: You can directly search for specific creators by their social handle.
   • Use Filters: Refine your search based on various filters such as social platform, location, followers, engagement, and more.

3. Select Creators

   • Tick the checkboxes next to the creator’s name on the left side of the page for those you’d like to re-engage with.

4. Invite to a New Campaign

   • After selecting the creators, click "Invite to a new campaign" to send them an invite for your latest campaign.

FAQs

1. Can I share what I’m seeing?

   • You can share the filters, sorting, and the page itself by sharing the URL. The recipient must be a team member to access the page.

   • Note: You cannot share the list via a public URL (e.g., the campaign share button) or share selected creators.

2. Under Instagram followers and Instagram ER, what’s the difference between "Not Available" and "Not Connected"?

   • Not Connected: The creator has not linked their social network account to Vamp.

   • Not Available: The creator has connected their social account, but the data is currently unavailable (they need to reconnect their Instagram via the Vamp app).

3. I selected TikTok and Instagram but still see some creators with TikTok not connected. Why?

   • The social platform filters will match creators as long as one of the options is met, meaning it will show creators who have either Instagram or TikTok connected or both.

4. What are the criteria for a creator to appear in the table?

   • The creator is part of the Vamp collective or your team has invited them to the Vamp platform via the Dashboard.

   • The creator must have completed at least one campaign with your team.

5. How often is the creator table updated?

   • The creator table is updated every hour to ensure you’re seeing the most up-to-date information.

6. Is this at team level?

   Yes, this is at the team level. Users can see all the creators who have participated in campaigns that are within the current team.They cannot see creators used in campaigns in other teams.

7. Can this be done for existing or live campaigns?Currently no. This is something we may implement in the future if there is a strong interest.

8. If I start a campaign from the re-engagement feature, can I still invite more creators at a later date?

   Yes. Similarly to existing campaigns you can use the csv upload or single invite feature under the ‘Invite’ tab of Edit Squad page.
