The Digital Wallet feature allows users to store funds at an account level, making it easy to transfer funds between campaigns as needed without requiring assistance from the Vamp team. This article will guide you through accessing, topping up, and transferring funds within your Digital Wallet.
Accessing Your Digital Wallet
To view your Digital Wallet:

Profile Access:
- Navigate to your profile by clicking on the drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the home screen.

Wallet Overview:
- Click on Wallet.
- Here, you will see options to top up or transfer funds.
- Approved budgets will display in individual tabs based on currency, along with a full transaction history.
Topping Up Your Digital Wallet
1. Via the Wallet
You can easily add budget to your Digital Wallet by following these steps:
- Go to your profile and click on Wallet.
- Select the top-up option.
- Enter the full amount you wish to add to your wallet.
2. Via the Campaign
While completing a campaign, if you do not have sufficient funds, the system will alert you:
- When sending the campaign, the system will automatically generate a top-up order if needed.
With the new auto-invoicing feature, some customers are able to add funds to their wallet instantly without requiring manual intervention from the Vamp team. For more details, kindly visit this link.
Transferring Funds Between Campaigns & Your Digital Wallet
To transfer funds between campaigns and your Digital Wallet:
- Access your profile and click on Wallet.
- Select Transfer.
- The platform will display campaigns that have unspent tokens, allowing you to transfer funds back to your Digital Wallet for use on other campaigns.
Note: This transfer feature applies to new briefs drafted from June 5, 2023, onward. For assistance with historic campaigns, please reach out to the Support team using the ‘get help’ button in the platform.
Key Things to Note About the Digital Wallet

Currency Options: Your Digital Wallet can be topped up in various currencies (USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, IDR, SGD, JPY). Currencies are non-transferable, and briefs can only be sent in the currencies available in your Digital Wallet.

Reserved Budgets: If you set a specific budget for your campaign when drafting a brief, this budget will be reserved from your Digital Wallet when the campaign is sent for moderation.

Top-Up Requirement: If your Digital Wallet does not have enough funds for the campaign budget, you will be required to request a top-up when submitting the brief for moderation.

Transfer of Unused Tokens: Unused tokens above the campaign's minimum spend can be transferred back to your Digital Wallet for future campaigns.

Budget Lock: If you are selecting creators and need to add more budget, the platform will prompt you to top up your Digital Wallet. Your selections will be locked until the top-up is approved by Vamp.

Transaction History: A complete transaction history is logged in your platform, allowing you to reference top-up and spending history.

Team Sharing: The Digital Wallet is shared among all users in a platform team, meaning any team member can spend the available budget.
