How do I transfer funds to my wallet or another campaign?

- Click Transfer
- Move funds from live campaigns back to your wallet or into another active campaign
Can I have my leftover funds refunded?
- No — all platform spend is non-refundable (per Vamp Terms & Conditions)
- However, funds can be:
- Moved back to your wallet
- Used for future campaigns, usage rights, or paid media
- Funds do not expire
How do I cancel a campaign?
- A flat fee of $/£500 applies
- This covers:
- Removing the brief from the marketplace
- Product and operational work required for cancellation

How do I view a creator’s shipping address?
- Click the three dots next to the creator’s name
- Select Shipping Details
- Download the CSV file with full details
What if I can’t ship the product or costs change?

What if a creator hasn’t responded?
If a creator hasn’t responded within 5 business days, please contact our Support team.
They will try to reach out to the creator. If there’s still no response after 10 days, you can remove the creator from the brief through the ‘Edit Squad’ page and reallocate funds to a new creator, or apply them to your next campaign.
Why can’t a creator upload content?
- Check if all timeline dates are valid
- If dates are marked red → update them
If the issue continues:
- Ask the creator to contact Support
What if there’s an issue with content or Spark code?
- Click Dispute in the chat
- This will:
- Pause the creator’s payment
- Allow time to resolve the issue
Once resolved:
- Click Resolved
- Content is marked complete and payment is released
