Support Request: Handling Unresponsive Creators

If you do not receive a response from a creator within five business days of sending a chat message, please submit a support request here . Our Support team will reach out to the creator on your behalf. If they still do not respond, we recommend removing the creator from the campaign.

Steps to Remove a Creator

1. Go to the 'Edit Squad' Tab:

   • Navigate to the 'Edit Squad' section of your campaign.

2. Search for the Creator:

   • Find the creator you wish to remove and allocate the tokens back to them. These tokens will then be added back to your campaign.

3. Click 'Save':

   • After allocating the tokens, click the ‘Save’ button to confirm your changes.

4. Go Back to the ‘Timeline’ Tab:

   • Return to the ‘Timeline’ section of your campaign.

5. Remove the Creator’s Deliverables:

   • Click on each creator’s deliverable and then select the ‘Remove’ button.

   Important Note: The ‘Remove’ button in the deliverable window will only be visible if the deliverable is overdue or in the past. If you need to remove a creator whose deliverables are still pending, drag the dates to today (the furthest you can adjust back) and follow the above steps on the next business day.

6. Select a Replacement or Transfer Tokens:

   • After removal, you can either select a replacement creator by going back to the ‘Edit Squad’ tab to allocate the tokens or transfer the unspent tokens back to your wallet for use in other campaigns. For detailed instructions on transferring tokens, please check out this.

Note: Creators who remain unresponsive on Vamp will be suspended from our network.
