Support Request: Handling Unresponsive Creators

If a creator does not respond to your chat message within five business days, submit a support request through the ? widget on your portal. Our Support team will contact the creator on your behalf.

If the creator still does not respond, we recommend removing them from the campaign.

Steps to Remove a Creator

1. Go to the Edit Squad Tab

• Navigate to the Edit Squad section of your campaign.

2. Search for the Creator

• Find the creator you wish to remove.
• Reallocate funds: The funds assigned to that creator will be added back to your campaign budget.

3. Click Save

• Confirm your changes by clicking the Save button.

4. Go Back to the Timeline Tab

• Navigate to the Timeline section of your campaign.

5. Remove the Creator’s Deliverables

• Click on each deliverable for the creator and select Remove.

Important:

• The Remove button only appears for overdue or past deliverables.
• For pending deliverables, adjust the dates to today (the earliest you can set) and repeat these steps on the next business day.

6. Select a Replacement or Transfer Funds

• After removal, you can either:
  • Assign a replacement creator via the Edit Squad tab.
  • Transfer unspent funds back to your wallet for use in other campaigns.
