New Read Receipts Feature – Now Available!
We’re excited to announce that a new read receipts feature has been rolled out to enhance your messaging experience! This new feature is designed to give you better insights into the status of your communication and keep your interactions on track. The tooltip and tick system make it easier to see who’s engaged and who may still need to check your message. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:
How Read Receipts Work:
-
Single Grey Tick
- Indicates that your message has been successfully sent.
-
Double Grey Tick
- Means that at least one person in the conversation has read your message.
-
Double Blue Tick
- This means that everyone in the conversation has read your message.
Hover Over Double Ticks:
You can hover over any double grey or blue tick to see a tooltip that will show you which participants have read the message, but only for messages you have sent.
By following these guidelines, you can foster positive relationships with creators and facilitate smoother campaign execution.
